It is responsibility of the restaurant to make sure the details about their service appearing on the ktowntogo.com website(s) is correct. ktowntogo.com always tries to keep as much information updated as possible. However, there may be sudden changes in regards to the opening hours, delivery times, prices or any other relevant information by the individual takeaways without prior notice.
ktowntogo.com provides a platform for individual shop owners to market online and it is their responsibility to ensure information is accurate and up to date. ktowntogo.com takes no responsibility for food or other item's availability, price inaccuracies, or details pertaining to shop opening hours and individual shop's terms and conditions of service.

The restaurants available on our Sites operate independently and have entered into agreements with us to provide online food ordering and delivery services. The restaurants are required to comply with federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, and standards pertaining to the preparation, sale and marketing of food, safety and menu disclosure; Ktowntogo.com is not responsible for the restaurants' food preparation or safety and does not verify any restaurant's compliance with applicable laws.
Use of the Sites to order requires that you register and/or create an account ("Account"). To register and create an Account, you must create a user name and password and provide certain personal information. In consideration of the use of the Sites' services, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form, and (b) maintain and promptly update the personal information you provide to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. (c)If payment information is saved, make sure it is valid and you are authorized to use it. TERMS OF PURCHASE
You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases including any applicable taxes. All purchases are subject to a non-refundable ktowntogo.com service charge. ktowntogo.com does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and content of any third parties related to the creation or delivery of your order.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
ktowntogo.com accepts major credit cards and cash as methods of payments, and you agree that you must be authorized to use the credit card presented upon payment. Prior to the purchase of any goods or services on our website, you must provide us with a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following: (i) your name as it appears on the card, (ii) your credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration and (v) any card verification values (CVV) or codes needed to charge your card. The final charges on your credit card may be different than those stated on the website. All registered restaurants and allow 'Cash Payment', that restaurant's manager, cashier, owner or any authorized person should properly follow up the order and receiving money.
Request of cash payment or any issue related to the cash payment, ktowntogo.com is not responsible for receiving of the payment. If a customer doesn't show up to pick up the order or not able to be contacted, ktowntogo.com is not responsible for any losses incurred by the restaurant. That restaurant is 100% responsible for this incident, but ktowntogo.com will be more than happy to assist the restaurant in getting in touch with the customer.
In order to obtain rewards from ktowntogo.com, all customers need to register and log-in to make an order. Otherwise, no rewards nor benefit will be given. Your reward points will add up with no cap and are able to use the benefits at any time. No spending limit to obtain reward. Important; example; $1.00 spending on an order will still provide you with reward points. No reward transfer is allowed. If personal information is changed you will still receive reward unless if you delete or use different Id to log in. Prompt; during the event or promotion dates, rewards policy may change due to the additional benefits provided. All rewards benefits will be spent at ktowntogo.com's expense.
Customers can check up their rewards benefits and balance by logging in their account. 'All rewards will be given per order and it's based on the subtotal amount'.
Once you submit an order, change or cancellation can only be done when that respective restaurant accepts your request. Ktowntogo.com is only able to and allow credit card refunds. Cash refund requests can only be processed by the restaurant, and ktowntogo.com is does not hold any responsibility for cash refunds.
Any and all refund decisions are made by that restaurant and must given approval by that restaurant in order to process the refund. Ktowntogo is not authorized and cannot make any refund decisions on behalf of restaurant. Also mentioned above ('Methods of Payment', 'terms and condition'). Upon of your refund approval, the refund process may take up to 3-5 business days.
For restaurants/affiliates: By marketing your business on ktowntogo.com, you agree to be bound by SETTLEMENT POLICY of any transactions that occur on ktowntogo.com. Ktowntogo.com will make transaction amounts and online ads('ktown commission' - 'see on restaurant registration application') fee will be deducted from total sales, by weekly. Sales tax from customers is included in transaction amounts, so it is the restaurant owners’ liability to report and pay sales tax.
For customers: after submission of your order, you payment transaction may appear on the statement immediately or can take up to 3-5 business days upon your card company's policy.
By placing an order with us, you are consenting to receive e-mails and SMS (Text Message) from us regarding your order status, benefits, promotion etc.. regarding your order, you should receive two text messages from us. when the order is placed and complete. Additionally, you are consenting to receive promotional e-mails from us. If you do not wish to receive promotional emails from us, you can simply reply the e-mail say “decline ad email” or 'unsubscribe' link below from our email contents.
REVIEWS AND COMMENTS
Ktowntogo.com enables logged in customers to post reviews of and comments on each restaurant's page. The party posting that comment or review grants ktowntogo.com and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such reviews and comments throughout the world in any media. You also grant ktowntogo.com and its affiliates the right to use the user name (or ID), profile picture that you submit with any review or comment.
K-Delivery (Ktowntogo.com Delivery Service)
Ktowntogo.com has its own delivery service to Ktowntogo.com customers only. K-Delivery is meant to provide a more convenient and seamless delivery service to our customers. K-Delivery is only available for selected restaurants. Look for "K-Delivery available" or a K-Delivery logo on the restaurant's page if it's available. For restaurants with K-Delivery, there may be changes of delivery area, delivery minimum and a delivery fee may apply. Delivery fees may vary depends on delivery areas. Please see store information for details. For restaurants: Please make sure customers are fully aware of any specifics related to the K-Delivery service and understand any of the differences involved in the delivery method. K-Delivery is controlled by Ktowntogo.com headquarter office located in 385 Sylvan Ave, Suite 20, Englewood Cliffs NJ 07632.
You agree to indemnify and hold ktowntogo.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees harmless from any loss, liability, damage, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Sites, including your use of this Web site to provide a link to another Web site or to upload content or other information to the Web site.

K-REWARDS GIFT SHOP POLICY
Customers may purchase K-Rewards Gift Cards for themselves with the ability to transfer to another.
In order to purchase K-Rewards Gift Cards, you are not required to log-in unless if you are willing to receive personal rewards benefits. But the recipient must register as an active member with ktowntogo.com.
K-Reward Gift Card is the only transferable source to an another account.
After the rewards have been purchased, the name, e-mail ID, and phone number of the recipient must be included in the "COMMENTS SECTION". Otherwise, they will not receive the rewards.
Otherwise, you may write an email inquiry to our customer service center at email@example.com requesting transfer of your K-Rewards Gift Card you purchased.

We will transfer your K-Reward Gift Card amount to our K-reward points at equal value and you're able to use it as the same dollar amount. (Example: $50 K-Gift Card = 50,000 reward points).
